All Brownies make a simple Promise that they share with members around the world. This Promise is made before the Brownie Pack, its Leaders and members of the Brownies family, to prove she is ready to uphold the promise at all times and become a proper Brownie.
The Promise is as follows:

I promise that I will do my best:
To love my God,
To serve the Queen and my country,
To help other people
and
To keep the Brownie Guide Law.

 

The Brownie Guide Law is simple and easy for young girls to live by:

A Brownie Guide thinks of others before herself
and does a Good Turn every day.

Out motto maybe a little old, but should never be forgotten:
